Dogs are really mischievous and they can pretty much do things that they want to do. There are some though who know how to behave.
Rush is a dog who knows what he wants – and that is to prove to people that he is a good boy. He had been constantly rejected by adopters and maybe he was starting to doubt that he was a good boy.
The thing is, Rush is a sweet pitbull and he is pretty gentle. The bad thing though is that he has still yet to experience having a home or a family that is his very own.
The SICSA Pet Adoption Center learned about Rush and they did the best that they could to help Rush find that forever home that he so deserves.
Despite everything that has happened to him, Rush continued to be optimistic. He was always a good dog and he always believed that he was going to be adopted. He has seen the dogs in the shelter get adopted and he was still left behind. But that didn’t stop him from hoping and he continued to be the good boy that he is, in the hopes that he would be adopted.
Rush decided that it would be best to show people that he was worth adopting.
One day, Rush thought that it would be great to make his own bed. The volunteers at the shelter observed the dog do his best to fix his sheets and work on his bed so that it would be clean and neat once again. It made them feel so proud of Rush.
What Rush did was actually something that had a family interested in him. Rush was a unique dog and not all dogs can make their own bed! This became the road for Rush to be adopted by a family who saw that he was not a ferocious dog but was actually a sweet one and definitely deserved to have a loving family.
