The Doberman is one of the dog breeds with a poor image because of its depiction in the media. They are always portrayed as villains or bullies in the majority of films where they have roles.
But the thing is, Dobermans, like many other dog breeds, can be trained and are obedient companions to their owners. This breed will go over and beyond to defend their immediate family and their loved ones.
In a video that actually became popular on the Internet, the affectionate personality of this dog breed was shown. Similarly, this showed that Dobermans make excellent older siblings.
In the video, a full-grown adult Doberman was seen playing with a Doberman puppy. Later, it was discovered that the adult Doberman’s name is Boss, while the puppy’s name is Kyra.
While Kyra is smaller than her big brother, she is not easily intimidated by him. Instead of being afraid of the larger Boss, Kyra was able to overcome her fear and play with him. On the other hand, Boss returned the favor by playing with the younger Kyra.
According to their owner, the two met for the first time during the time that the video was recorded. Their first encounter was really quite pleasant despite their owner thinking that the bigger Boss could act aggressively towards the younger and smaller Kyra. The reason for this is that Boss is a pampered dog and demands to have all the attention.
But when Boss first met his smaller sister, he was quite gentle. Kyra, meantime, was unaware of how big her brother was. Despite the fact that her brother was far larger than she was, she still played with him.
The fact that the two canines were enjoying themselves made their owner quite happy. The owner expressed his desire for this type of relationship to flourish. More importantly, the owner hopes that the video of the two dogs will change people’s negative perceptions of Dobermans.
