When the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic came about, many individuals thought of creative ways to do basic tasks such as exercising. Gyms remained closed because of health protocols so individuals used what they had at home to stay in shape. People also had no choice but to stay at home since countries were in lockdown.
One woman decided to put a pull-up bar in her garage, and her dog enjoys exercising with her daily. The woman whose Twitter handle is @monsterrats is a gym rat. Prior to the installation of the community lockdown, the woman is an avid gym-goer. She has always wanted to maintain her health and fitness.

In addition to exercising, the woman also has a dog that she named Igor. She stated on Twitter that Igor has been a family member for more than three years. The dog brings the woman and her family so much happiness, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Igor kept them calm during the entirety of the lockdown. This is because the dog is kind, considerate, and supportive of their endeavors. The dog always watches after @monsterrats while she engages in her regular exercise routine.
In one viral Twitter video, the woman was working on her routine pull-ups. Igor was oblivious to his owner’s actions. Suddenly, the dog pushed a chair and positioned it below the woman to ensure that she was safe.
The woman did not anticipate Igor’s action, but she appreciated the dog’s thoughtfulness. The video went popular on Twitter because netizens thought the dog’s behavior to be sincere and charitable.
