There are many popular stories going around on the internet about dogs who wait for their owners. Dogs are so patient that they will wait for days to be reunited with their owners. That says a lot about a dog’s loyalty, which is exactly what we expect from them and we admire them for it since it is a part of who they are.
Two canines waited outside a Brazilian hospital and demonstrated their eternal loyalty. This story went viral.
Princess and Scooby are two beautiful dogs. The dogs were discovered when a guy was taken from another medical institution to Agudo Hospital in Brazil for additional treatment.
Nobody knew who they were until some hospital personnel made the connection and asked the patient if the dogs were his. Princess turned out to be his dog, while Scooby was a companion of Princess. Scooby is also from their neighborhood. They’ve been waiting for two weeks outside the hospital.
Pets are not permitted inside, as in most hospitals. One of the nurses enlisted the assistance of a veterinarian to assist them in caring for the dogs, as they had been out there for quite some time. Dr. Maria Alice Altermann, the vet, arrived on the scene and took care of the two dogs.
Agudo Hospital, like the majority of hospitals, did not allow pets inside. They were willing to bend the regulations since they believed that keeping the dogs outside wouldn’t help anyone and that allowing them in would likely raise the patient’s mood.
The dogs first visited a groomer to be bathed and cleaned. Then, they were placed in dog carriers and taken inside the hospital to their human’s room. They were released there and given the opportunity to cuddle with the man who was overjoyed to be with the dogs. They were permitted to remain in the room for a few days and were only allowed to leave when the patient was discharged.
